The Madness from Within – Part Five

The Irish Civil War is one of the most significant events in the country’s history. It saw the IRA split into two. Arthur Griffiths, Michael Collins and their followers forming the Irish Free State government, and the anti-treaty IRA led by Éamon de Valera and Liam Lynch took up arms and rebelled against them.

The Madness from Within is a documentary investigating the events and characters involved in the War. It is presented by RTÉ journalist Bryan Dobson.Irish Civil War. The Madness from Within Part Five. Image copyright Ireland Calling
